I am Delyan Raychev, a software engineer and engineering leader focused on building
large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure and platforms.
I currently lead Cloud Infrastructure for OpenAI Applied.
My teams build and operate the core platforms that power OpenAI Applied production services globally, including: Kubernetes compute platform running ChatGPT and API, Networking Infra, CDN, Traffic Steering, Service Mesh etc.
My work centers on building durable systems and high-performing teams that scale under real production pressure.

OSM became the first native service mesh on
Azure Kubernetes Service
and was donated to
the CNCF.
